For those of you that follow Sarah E Photography on facebook, you will know that we did in fact travel to Costa Rica over 3 months ago! However, we always reminisce about how wonderful that trip was, so I thought a blog post was in order!

We traveled to Costa Rica for my Dad’s 50th birthday! I mean… 30th birthday… yes! It was the most incredible trip. We saw SO much wildlife! Specifically monkeys! One morning, Randy woke me (and the rest of our family) up at around 5 AM only to see an army of monkeys surrounding our villa! That was definitely a highlight! We also did a lot of activities (which I unfortunately was unable to document!) such as white water rafting and ATV-ing! We ate some fabulous traditional Costa-Ricaan meals, drank amazing coffee, and ate the most delicious fruit!!

For anyone even considering going to Costa Rica, I say 100% go! It’s beautiful and there is SO much to do! I know my family had the very best time exploring and making memories that will last a lifetime!
