My youngest sister-in-law and her friend Taylor left yesterday after an awesome 5 days spent in Bermuda! I absolutely LOVE when family comes to visit, it allows my husband and I the chance for a bit of a stay-cation and the chance to catch up on life in person (which is always better then skype!). Although this was Kara’s second visit to Bermuda, it was her friend Taylor’s first so we spent the majority of time touring around the island!
We spent our first day touring around St.Georges and eating lunch at Art Mels! This has definitely become a bit of a tradition for Randy and I now when we have visitors. But with a fish sandwich THAT good, why not! For the rest of their trip our time was split between the beach and pool – laughing, catching up and most importantly working on our tans! Oh and I can’t forget eating ice cream, the worlds best chocolate chip cookies (I’ll be sharing the recipe soon!), and trying sushi for the first time!
Kara and Taylor it was SO great having you visit us! We loved every minute of you being here, and we can’t wait to have you back again soon!  This wine was called “Sarah & Sparky Marquis”. Who knew Randy and I had a wine company named after us!? (note: There is no official relation) So pretty Kara!! LOVE this one of the four of us!
