There has been a definite theme to the blog this week, and that’s NEWBORNS! We have so many newborn sessions scheduled for the next few months, and I couldn’t be happier! It’s such a nice change of pace for the “off-season”. When I arrived at their beautiful home, this past Saturday morning, Baby Jackson was a perfect 7 days new – and sleeping soundly! I also had the pleasure of meeting their “first son” Phil – a high-energy french bull dog! Now, trust me when I tell you, I don’t think I’ve ever wanted a specific dog more, and as soon as I arrived back home from their session, I was thinking of ways to convince Randy that we needed our own Phil!!
We started with family portraits in Jackson’s nursery, which was decorated in grays and whites and spoke to my neutral loving heart! Although it was obvious that Jackson would have much preferred to be awake and involved in the excitement of his newborn session… he finally fell asleep, and slept soundly throughout the posed portion of his newborn session! He was an absolute dream to pose, and curled up into each position easily! I’m certain that you’re going to love this session!!
