This post has been in the works for a few weeks now. And I have to admit that the start of the new year hasn’t been exactly what I had planned! Being six months pregnant, although I’ve been feeling great, I’ve been feeling a little bit of tiredness creep back in. However, little by little I’ve been getting things done and I’m finally getting to share my favourite portrait session images of 2016! Looking back, this really has been an amazing year!!

I should admit, I’ve always worried a little bit about how being pregnant would affect my shooting ability… But I’m so happy to be able to say that it didn’t slow me down at all! And from August until October, many of our families didn’t even know we were pregnant! We announced that we were pregnant around the first week in October and all of the families that were booked were so sweet and gracious!

Every year I look through the images that I captured and I hand pick the ones that make me want to shoot again!!! Here are some of those images from 2016! I have SO many favourites from 2016! Enjoy the “Best of Portraits 2016”!!!
