I met up with Mark & Shelby this past Saturday and had a fantastic time! Although it’s really hard to enjoy being close to your fiancé when it feels like it’s 100+ degree outside with 80% humidity – they didn’t complain about the heat once!!

Now, if you’ve been following the blog for a while now you know I love when couples add their own personal touch to their engagement sessions! Mark & Shelby definitely did that! When I arrived at the property, Shelby mentioned that they had an old Vespa they wanted to take photos with. But she later shared that this was her late Grandfathers Vespa, which her brother and Mark had recently fixed up! So sweet.

These two have been together for quite some time – 8 years to be exact! And as we walked around and talked it was very apparent that these two just get each other. They love adventure, traveling, and just being together.

You won’t believe this, especially after looking at their photos, but Shelby shared that she was a little nervous beforehand.  I understand why. It’s such a huge unknown when you’ve never had your photos taken before. Thankfully, Shelby was a natural. She didn’t know this about herself until she got in front of the camera but she’s so good at this! Mark is too! It makes me so excited for their wedding!!!
